With over 30 years in the real estate business, Jennifer Kiley is our Designated Broker and has been working at our Chaparral Pines, Rim Golf Club, and Payson offices since 2003. She is focused on the success of our sales team and strives to make Integra Rim Country Real Estate a name that is synonymous with professionalism and integrity in our community. She has an extensive background in new and resale homes and land sales. Jennifer is involved in our local real estate board as well and is our Central Arizona Board of REALTORS President for 2020. At a state and local level, she remains involved with the Arizona and National Association of REALTORS attending conferences and legislative meetings statewide and nationally each year in order to keep apprised of new educational opportunities, legislation and trends to better serve our sales team and clients.

Born and raised in the Midwest; Carol moved to Arizona as a teenager. She’s lived most of her life and raised her family in Rim Country, so she is very familiar with the area and its history. Carol has been active in real estate for over 20 years and began her career at Chaparral Pines and the Rim Golf Club during the communities early years in 1998. Born in Ohio, I spent most of my young life on a family-owned tour ship that voyaged the Cuyahoga River (yes, that was the river that caught on fire in 1969). The good news is the fire helped spur an avalanche of water pollution control. The Cuyahoga River was also known as the city of bridges because of the 330 crossings. My parents moved to Scottsdale in the Arcadia district over 40 years ago, and successfully opened two bars and two real estate companies. During this time, I became a landlord to a commercial property located in Tempe, Arizona, and developed a passion for real estate and in 2004, decided to get my real estate license. I’ve been living and selling in Payson ever since. I come from a family of entrepreneurs, so because of my business upbringing, real estate is a good fit for me. My family instilled values of commitment, collaboration, and an entrepreneurial spirit. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, travel, gardening, and am an avid skier. My husband and builder; Dan Jaeger, and I enjoy the small-town lifestyle of Payson.

Jan is a native of Arizona. Living in Southern Arizona for over 30 years, she was drawn to the Rim area by the tall Ponderosa Pines and fresh air. She welcomed a chance for four seasons and to escape the hustle and bustle of the big cities. She and her family take every opportunity to camp on the Rim and ride their UTV’s. She became a REALTOR in 2013 and has applied her strong computer skills in Desktop Publishing, digital photography, and social media to marketing and advertising real estate. My name is Dennis Riccio and I am the newest member of the Integra team. I am an Arizona native that has frequented the Payson area for recreation all my life. I possess a law degree from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. I have moved to Payson in order to escape the heat and enjoy the recreation and the beautiful weather of the cool pines of the rim country full time.

Having always been a golf lover, Mark moved to AZ from New England in 1994 to find a job in the golf industry. He accepted the position of food and beverage director for Chaparral Pines and The Rim Golf Club and moved to Payson in 1999 where he opened both clubs and has continued to work in various leadership capacities including General Manager for over 20 years.
Mark and his wife Stefanie have been married for 12 years and love raising their family in Rim Country. In addition to working as an active real estate agent on-site, he was also the Membership Director for both clubs for 6 years. Mark states that he “uses his knowledge of the Clubs to sell the country club lifestyle. It is a natural continuation to help people find the home of their dreams to complete their club experience. Patti Martin is our weekend Administrative Assistant. She moved to Payson 7 years ago with her dog Lilly and her horse. She has a background in photography; she is a published author and previously sold real estate in California. Patti is vital to our company as she takes care of all of the day to day business on the weekends including assisting our sales team and meeting and greeting customers.
